The corporation is incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania exclusively for the charitable purposes set forth in Section 501(c)3 within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended. The purpose of the Foundation includes, but is not limited to, the following: to help meet the educational, charitable, community enhancements and benevolent needs of organizations and individuals within Lower Paxton Township and surrounding communities; and other communities where disasters have occurred.
